The SchillingBridge vision bridges the gap between the wine connoisseur and the beer enthusiast by offering Nebraska-produced award-winning wines and hand-crafted microbrews. But we don’t stop there. Also served are hard ciders, our own root beer, and a taste-tempting menu that includes slow-cooked prime rib on Saturday evenings.

We offer our SchillingBridge Prime Rib, Starters, Salads, creative Sandwiches, half-pound Gourmet Burgers, and an intriguing selection of Gourmet Pizzas. Use the button below to download our current menu.
Our Prime Rib is served on Saturday evenings by reservation only. We slow cook our prime rib for more than 20 hours, so please call 24 hours in advance.
